Certified Septic Inspections
Certified Septic Inspections & Monitoring
Washington requires septic systems to be inspected every year or every three years depending on the system type. Skipping those inspections is how small problems turn into replacements.
Our certified technicians evaluate every component, document the condition, and file the report — so you stay compliant and know exactly where your system stands.

Real Estate Inspections
Buying or selling? We inspect, pump if needed, and deliver documentation your transaction depends on.
System Monitoring & Maintenance

Warning Signs
Signs Your System Needs an Inspection
An inspection is quick, inexpensive, and the cheapest insurance your system will ever get.
It's Been Over a Year
Most Washington systems require inspection every one to three years. Overdue systems risk fines and failures.
You're Buying or Selling
A documented inspection protects the sale and tells you what you're actually buying.
Alarms or Pump Noise
Advanced treatment systems warn you before they fail. Don't silence an alarm — have it read.
You Just Moved In
If you don't know the history, an inspection gives you a baseline and a maintenance schedule.
Standing Water or Odor
Surfacing effluent means something is wrong below ground and needs to be diagnosed, not guessed at.
Not sure where you stand?
You don't have to guess — we'll check it for you.

What To Expect
What a Certified Inspection Includes
Every inspection follows the same thorough checklist, and you get the results in plain English.
1. Locate & Access
We find the tank, uncover the lids, and access every component of the system.
2. Evaluate
Baffles, screens, sludge levels, pumps, floats, alarms, and the drain field are all checked.
3. Test
We run the system, verify flow, and confirm the treatment components are performing.
4. Report & File
You get a written report with photos, and we submit it to the county where required.

Your Options
Inspection Only or Inspection + Pump?
Some inspections can be done with the tank full. Others need it emptied first to see the components clearly.
Inspection Only
Right for routine compliance when the tank was pumped recently.
- Pumped within the last 1-2 years
- No backups or alarms
- Routine county filing
Inspection + Pumping
The better value when the tank is due anyway or the history is unknown.
- Unknown service history
- Real estate transactions
- Suspected baffle or screen damage
